As a small, independent maker of high-quality, solid wood furniture, we take great pride in our workmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our Returns & Refunds Policy, designed to be fair and transparent.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products range from ready-to-ship homeware to furniture made specifically for individual customers, return rights can vary depending on what you have ordered.
Standard Items & Homeware
For standard, non-personalised items such as homeware and accessories, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items should be returned unused and in suitable condition, with original packaging where reasonably possible.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are normally the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and checked, any refund due will be issued to the original payment method.
Bespoke & Personalised Furniture
Furniture made to your specific measurements, configuration, finish combination or other personalised requirements may not be eligible for cancellation or return simply because you change your mind.
We will always confirm the key details of a bespoke order before production begins.
If you are unsure whether an item is considered bespoke or personalised, please contact us before ordering.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or does not match what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where possible, please include photographs and a description of the issue so we can assess the problem quickly.
We will work with you to arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Incorrect Measurements
For furniture made to dimensions supplied by the customer, please check all measurements carefully before placing your order.
We cannot normally accept responsibility where furniture has been made correctly to measurements supplied by the customer but does not fit the intended space.
Natural Timber Variation
Solid wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, knots, colour and texture are part of its character and are not normally considered faults.
Likewise, minor seasonal movement caused by changes in temperature or humidity is a normal characteristic of solid timber.
